Fluorinated ethylene-propylene resin, as a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, has good heat stability, outstanding chemical inertness, excellent electrical insulation and low friction coefficient, and can be processed by a thermoplastic processing method. DS608 resin with low molecular weight and high melt index has low extrusion temperature, high extrusion velocity (5-8 times of common FEP resin), and good flexibility, fold resistance and tenacity.
Translucent particle, scrap metal, sand and other impurities cannot be mixed, particles with visible dark spots cannot exceed 2%

Hot stress crack resistance
Mainly used for aviation, aerospace, subway vehicles, automatic switchgears, oil well testing equipment, fire alarming system, high-rise buildings, near fire zone wires, cables, computers, communication network and electricity, especially high-speed extrusion small-bore wire insulation materials. More economic for most purposes without needing high stress crack resistance.
Avoid processing at above 420℃ to prevent decomposing and generating toxic gas.
Packaging, Transport and Storage:
1. It should be packaged in two-layer plastic inner bag, and then sealed in outer packing plastic bag. Each bag has net weight of 25kg and certificate of approval.
2. It should be stored in a clean, dry, cool and shady environment to prevent mixing of impurities.
3. It is nontoxic, non-inflammable, nonexplosive and noncorrosive, so it is transported according to non-dangerous goods.
